Title: Pathology Dispatch & Customer Service Assistant

Location: Highland Park Hub, Gold Coast

Hours: Part time - Monday to Friday between 7am–7pm, with weekend roster participation

Pay – $27.35 – $29.02 per hour (PSA 2 – PSA 3A)

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pathology Dispatch & Customer Service Assistant to join our Gold Coast Dispatch Team. This is a part-time position suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives in a team, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

What you’ll be doing:

Responding to phone enquiries from medical professionals and collection centres regarding specimen transport

Logging and dispatching courier jobs using our logistics management system (Orcoda)

Picking and packing stores orders for local doctors

Receiving and processing deliveries

What you’ll bring to the role:

Solid knowledge of the Gold Coast region

Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate level or above)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

A focus on workplace safety and customer service excellence

A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement

It would be great if you also have:

Previous experience in a logistics, dispatch, or customer service role

A background in the healthcare or pathology sector
