• Base salary of $80,000–$95,000 plus performance bonuses

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is more than just a sales job — it’s an opportunity to influence the future of a thriving business. As a key player in the team, you’ll:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across Brisbane
• Identify opportunities in commercial, residential, and renovation sectors
• Actively generate new business and build long-term client relationships
• Work closely with builders, architects, developers, and contractors
• Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
• Offer tailored solutions and expert advice on tiling products, trends, and installation
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re after a motivated and experienced sales professional — ideally with a background in construction, tiling, or building materials. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Proven success in a senior sales or business development role
• A strong track record of generating leads and closing deals
• Knowledge of tiling products, installation, and industry trends
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or in a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Existing contacts in the industry (builders, developers, architects) – highly regarded
• A technical understanding of tiling or a keen willingness to learn
