Abour the role:
We are seeking an experienced Server Engineer to join our Operational Technology and Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server and VMware environments.
• Support and optimise Dell server hardware across operational sites.
• Resolve IT tickets efficiently using tools like ServiceNow.
• Lead problem management initiatives and drive permanent solutions.
• Identify and implement process and technology improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align infrastructure with business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with enterprise Windows Server and VMware.
• Solid knowledge of Dell server hardware.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow).
• Confident working independently at an operational level.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
