About The Role:

You will be working with a tidy and well maintained mixed use portfolio.

• Liaising with Owners Corporations as required
• Training and mentoring junior staff
• Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
• Convene and conduct meetings
• Your own dedicated assistant
• Attending networking events

About you:

Ideal but not essential.

• 2 + years experience as a Strata Manager or similar
• Ability to manage diverse portfolios
• Ability to manage staff
• High attention to detail and administrative skills
• Understanding of Strata Legislation and related regulations in VIC
• Experienced in building and maintaining strong client relationships
