ABOUT THE ROLES
As a part of the Surf Dive 'n Ski management team, you will be responsible for partnering with the Management Team in driving sales results for your store. In your role you will:

Help create a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support

Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on the customer journey

Assist in analysing sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products

Execute VM and promotional activity in line with business directives

Provide stock feedback and manage the store’s inventory

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for experienced, strategically minded retail professionals who have can drive sales results and a passion for developing their retail career. You will have:

Previous retail experience, ideally within a lifestyle and action sport brand

Unparalleled passion and skill for creating moments that matter with your customers

Proven experience in driving teams to success and hitting KPIs

A proven track record in achieving sales budgets

Strong business acumen and the desire to develop your own career in retail!
