This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to be part of a team that’s redefining Sydney’s pastry scene. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting show-stopping pastries, developing innovative menu items, and contributing to a kitchen culture that values quality, collaboration, and passion.

Your Role:

Designing and developing exciting new recipes that surprise and delight our customers.

Preparing and baking an array of pastries, viennoiserie, and sweet treats with precision and consistency.

Creating seasonal menu highlights using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Decorating pastries with an eye for beauty and detail.

Maintaining exceptional quality across taste, texture, and presentation.

Leading by example in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all WHS and food safety standards.

Supporting and contributing to the ongoing development of our Food Safety System.

What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar leadership role.

Strong knowledge and love for pastry techniques – especially viennoiserie.

A natural team leader with excellent organisation and communication skills.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment.

Solid understanding of WHS and food safety practices.
