Performance Tiling is a family owned and operated business located in Landsdale, established in 2001. We are a commercial contractor, partnering in construction and building projects to provide end to end tiling services through innovation and expanding our service offering.

We are looking for someone to join the team as our Finance and HR Assistant. Key responsibilities include:

· Work with operations to ensure our clients pay on time.

· Manage sub-contractor payments.

· Ensure all supplier accounts are reconciled and paid in a timely manner.

· Manage supplier deposits and prepayments.

· End to end payroll.

· Reconcile bank accounts.

· Assist with employment contracts, onboarding and compliance.

· Administration support for Employment Visa applications.

· Assist with apprentice contracts and incentives.

What would make you stand out from the crowd? Experience with Xero or Simpro, a can-do outlook and the desire to continuously improve. Along with working in a diverse team environment.
