About the Role

We are looking for a team member to support our Compliance team. As a Business Administrator you will have the opportunity to build your knowledge on hazard identification, risk management and the application of workplace health and safety legislation, regulations and codes of practice & ISO standards. You will gain experience in the development of practical, workable, quality & safety solutions. The successful applicant will have a strong attention to detail, be compliance focused, open to learning, have a positive mindset and have a proactive ‘can do’ attitude. There is an opportunity for you to develop into a consultancy role with your own client base.

About the Person - Qualifications, Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have:

A passion for Compliance;

A strong customer focus;

The ability to analyse, evaluate and identify practical solutions to provide the best outcomes for our clients;

A Certificate IV in WHS, HR or ISO systems auditing

Exposure to various platforms, including:

Safety Culture

Jotforms

Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks while working autonomously
