We’re looking for someone sharp, reliable, and ready to get stuck in.
BrokerReady is a Sunshine Coast-based MSP that supports insurance brokers and a few select clients around the country. Our team is growing, and we’re hiring a Level 1 IT Support Technician to join us onsite in Yandina.
You don’t need years of experience — just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and great communication skills. We’ll train you across our full stack and support your development every step of the way.
What the Role Involves:
Answering calls and logging support tickets using HaloPSA
Supporting clients with password resets, user setups, and M365 tools (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
Hardware setups and basic troubleshooting
Working with RMM tools (N-central) and backup/security platforms
Exposure to cloud environments, cyber tools, and more
Tech You’ll Work With:
HaloPSA, N-central, Cloud Commander
Microsoft 365
SentinelOne, Adlumin, Rapid7
AWS, Cove Backup
What We’re Offering:
$67,000 – $72,500 package (including super)
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Full-time, onsite role in Yandina
