About the Position:

You’ll advise on high-stakes finance deals, licensing applications, ASIC matters, and fund structuring. From complex equity arrangements to sweat equity deals, the work is diverse and commercially meaningful. This isn’t a firm where you’re expected to carry the business on your shoulders, the Directors are actively engaged in growth, BD, and leadership.

Key Requirements:

• Must be admitted to practice law in VIC with 8+ years' PQE in Banking and Finance law
• Minimum $200k portable practice preferred
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and growing a practice
• Aligned with a culture of honesty, fairness and ambition
