At Connolly Motors, we have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Service Advisor to join our team in Sandgate, Queensland. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our valued customers. Your role would involve assisting customers, providing service and repair quotes and coordinating repairs.

Description of the Position

Liaising with customers, mechanics and suppliers

Taking bookings, quoting and invoicing

Troubleshooting and resolving issues

Providing excellent customer service and advice

Skills and Experience Required

Experience in the mechanical trade as an assistant service advisor is preferred but not essential

Australian drivers license is essential

Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Salary

The Salary for the position will be in the range of $70000 and $75000 depending on experience
