What You’ll Be Doing

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that are clear, compliant, and built to support collaboration
• Working closely with project managers, curators, artists, suppliers and internal teams to ensure contracts align with project vision and delivery
• Identifying potential risks before they become real problems — and implementing practical solutions
• Keeping accurate records and documentation that tick all the compliance boxes
• Guiding internal stakeholders through complex contract terms and project requirements
• Acting as the key link between clients, subcontractors, artists, and legal advisors
• Staying across evolving industry regulations in construction, manufacturing, and the arts

What You Bring

• At least 5 years’ experience in contract management or a similar commercial/legal role
• Proven ability to negotiate, structure and manage contracts across diverse sectors
• Solid understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and supplier relationship management
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail
• Experience navigating complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Calm under pressure and confident juggling multiple contracts at once
