About the role
The Executive Officer to the Deputy Secretary and the Parks and Wildlife Service (PWS) Executive Team will manage the provision of wide-ranging and high-level executive and administrative support services:
- Manage diaries, organise, and schedule meetings and travel arrangements.
- Act as a first point of contact for enquiries.
- Prepare routine correspondence, including Ministerial correspondence, Cabinet minutes, and reports.
- Ensure effective and timely flow of information and coordinate and progress workflows and requests.
This is a permanent position located in Hobart.
