VitalCall Workshop Technician – Warehouse Operations (Dingley Branch)
Salary: $65,000 per annum + Superannuation
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Workshop Technician to join our Refurbishment team at our Dingley branch. This is a hands-on, entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, following clear processes, and being part of a supportive team. You will work primarily within our VitalCall business unit, refurbishing, assembling, and dispatching essential personal emergency response equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Refurbish and assemble VitalCall products using basic tools and instructions
Test equipment to ensure it meets quality standards (training provided) including firmware upgrades
Pack and dispatch products to customers and service teams
Receive returned equipment and prepare it for reuse
Maintain accurate records of stock and completed work
Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organised
Assist with general warehouse duties as required
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a warehouse, workshop, or hands-on environment (preferred but not essential)
Comfortable using basic tools and following step-by-step instructions
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
No technical qualifications required – full training provided
