The opportunity based at our National Support Office in Ballarat..

• Be the first point of call for the People & Community team providing timely and accurate advice.
• Monitor & highlight compliance issues with Petstock Groups policies, procedures and all relevant legislation across the network.
• Develop and maintain a range of HR documentation & support internal communication on HR related topics.
• Support the HR team to develop and execute goals & projects to align with overall business strategy.
• Ensure communication flow from Human Resources to other departments/stores is executed in a timely manner.
• Support the People & Community teams to provide ongoing HR support to develop best practice people management.
• Coordinate tasks that relate to overall Employee Experience such as (but not limited to) Awards, Milestones and Referral bonuses.

Whether you've done one or all of the below - we would love to hear from you!

• HR graduate and/or 1-2 years Administration experience.
• Experience as a sales assistant in retail or customer service roles.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
