JSB Occupational Health is a leading workplace healthcare provider offering healthcare recruitment services, temporary & contract placements, workplace vaccination programs and a suite of other occupational health services.

JSB is seeking a highly organised Health Services Administrator to join our team in South Melbourne to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Nursing and Workplace Health programs. As this role is the interface between clients and JSB personnel, you will manage the day-to-day coordination of services to clients with support from the Executive Team.

The Opportunity

Full time (job share will be considered) 7:00am – 3:00pm (negotiable)

May suit a candidate with HR Administration experience

$70,000 - $75,000 per annum + 12% super (dependent on experience)

Key Tasks/Responsibilities

Roster management and filling shifts.

Administration and operation support.

Answer and respond to phone calls or emails.

Prepare client information documents (quotes, proposals).

Assist with HR related tasks such as recruitment and onboarding, post job advertisements, send template documents, manage employee files, book staff training and travel.

Handle correspondence and communication.

Prepare reports, tax invoices, job advertisements and data entry.

Order stock.

Support new business initiatives and business development opportunities.

Assist with special projects.

Requirements

Excellent client service and phone manner

Proven administrative experience, preferably in an office setting

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Interest in HR or previous HR experience (desirable but not essential)
