Experienced barista

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in a cafe or high-volume coffee environment.

Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure without compromising quality.

Reliable and punctual, with availability for early morning shifts (6:00 AM start).

Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude.

Basic understanding of coffee brewing methods and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee beverages (espresso, pour-over, etc.) quickly and accurately in a high-volume setting.

Maintain consistent drink quality and presentation with every order.

Demonstrate basic latte art skills for standard beverages.

Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment (taking orders, handling payments, cleaning, restocking).

Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, attentive attitude.

Open availability for early shifts starting at 6:00 AM.

Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with health/safety standards.
