The Role

As an Applications Support Specialist you will provide 2nd level support across Icon Water’s Microsoft platforms, working closely with ICT teams and business users.

You will:

• Migrate workflows from Nintex Office 365 to Automation Cloud
• Manage and configure SharePoint sites, including structure, metadata, and security
• Support and coordinate issues and updates for systems like Guardian and fleet management applications
• Develop and maintain content processes, governance, and application release roadmaps
• Design and deploy forms and workflows using Nintex or similar tools
• Monitor system performance, KPIs, and ensure security
• Stay updated on tech changes and continuously build knowledge

The Ideal Person

You're in the early stages of your ICT career, with around 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience. You're keen to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable following established processes in a structured and supportive environment.
You bring:

• A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the team
• The motivation to build your skills and grow in your role
• Confidence in taking direction and working within established frameworks

Technical experience:

• Hands-on experience supporting Nintex workflows and Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams and SharePoint Online
• The ability to troubleshoot issues or a strong desire to build this skill under guidance
• Exposure to workflow automation tools (even outside of Nintex/Power Automate) will be highly regarded

You’re someone who:

• Takes ownership of your work and follows tasks through to completion without needing reminders
• Knows when to ask the right questions to deliver outcomes
• Communicates clearly, translating technical issues into plain language for non-technical users
• Manages expectations effectively while following internal processes

Salary / Rate

The salary band starts at $115,479 + 15% Superannuation and is negotiable.
