The Role
As an Applications Support Specialist you will provide 2nd level support across Icon Water’s Microsoft platforms, working closely with ICT teams and business users.
You will:
- Migrate workflows from Nintex Office 365 to Automation Cloud
- Manage and configure SharePoint sites, including structure, metadata, and security
- Support and coordinate issues and updates for systems like Guardian and fleet management applications
- Develop and maintain content processes, governance, and application release roadmaps
- Design and deploy forms and workflows using Nintex or similar tools
- Monitor system performance, KPIs, and ensure security
- Stay updated on tech changes and continuously build knowledge

The Ideal Person
You're in the early stages of your ICT career, with around 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience. You're keen to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable following established processes in a structured and supportive environment.
You bring:
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the team
- The motivation to build your skills and grow in your role
- Confidence in taking direction and working within established frameworks
Technical experience:
- Hands-on experience supporting Nintex workflows and Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams and SharePoint Online
- The ability to troubleshoot issues or a strong desire to build this skill under guidance
- Exposure to workflow automation tools (even outside of Nintex/Power Automate) will be highly regarded
You’re someone who:
- Takes ownership of your work and follows tasks through to completion without needing reminders
- Knows when to ask the right questions to deliver outcomes
- Communicates clearly, translating technical issues into plain language for non-technical users
- Manages expectations effectively while following internal processes
Salary / Rate
The salary band starts at $115,479 + 15% Superannuation and is negotiable.
