The Role
In this permanent role, you will provide 2nd level support across Icon Water’s Microsoft platforms, working closely with ICT teams and business users.
You will:
- Support the migration of Nintex Office 365 workflows to Automation Cloud
- Manage and configure SharePoint sites, including lists, libraries, metadata, and user access
- Help manage incidents and system updates for applications like Guardian and fleet management, working with vendors when needed
- Follow established governance frameworks to maintain content processes and support application release planning
- Build and update mobile forms and workflows using Nintex and other approved tools
- Monitor system performance, report on key metrics, and support application security

The Ideal Person
You're an ICT Application Support Specialist with 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft platforms and workflow automation tools. You communicate clearly, translating technical issues into plain language for non-technical users, while effectively managing expectations and following internal processes.
You bring:
- A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently or within set frameworks
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and motivation to grow within a structured, supportive environment
- The ability to take direction well and follow tasks through to completion without needing reminders
- Sound judgment, you know when to ask the right questions to deliver the best outcomes
Technical experience:
- Hands-on support experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint Online
- Practical knowledge of Nintex workflows, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Exposure to Power Automate or other workflow automation tools will be highly regarded, even if not the primary tool used
Salary / Rate
The salary band starts at $115,479 + 15% Super.
