*Application Administrator

*Day Rate Contract: Up to $650 + Super

The role:
The Application Administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application related incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring system stability and performance.

What you will be doing:

• Manage the resolution of all escalated incidents relating to business systems to meet agreed service levels.
• Manage the escalation of incidents to appropriate suppliers.
• Provide customised reports, liaising with suppliers if necessary, to meet user requirements.
• Create the operating model to enable BAU support of the system after the project has been completed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing and providing Level 2/3 systems administration support across a broad range of complex business systems.
• Experience using Azure technologies is highly desirable.
