About the role

Are you an experienced breakfast chef looking for an exciting new role? Mr Collins', a popular cafe in Docklands, VIC, is seeking a full-time Experienced Breakfast Chef to join their talented culinary team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional breakfast and brunch dishes to our loyal customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a wide variety of breakfast and brunch menu items to a consistently high standard

Ensuring all food is prepared in line with health and safety regulations

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen

Providing excellent customer service and working closely with the front-of-house team

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a breakfast or brunch chef, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment

Strong technical cooking skills with a passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene

Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
