Job Description

Mercure Port of Echuca is seeking a reliable and experienced Breakfast Chef. We are seeking a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the ability to work up to full time hours when required. Our menu is American Buffet with 5 main dishes complimented by a continental selection, albeit we are open to expanding this offering. We also provide catering to conference & events and cater for in-house groups. This is an exciting time for Mercure Port of Echuca, as we head toward a busy season.
