The Role:

As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and showcasing our premium flooring solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, contractors, and new prospects

- Understand customer needs and provide tailored flooring solutions

- Promote our product range and highlight key features and benefits

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth goals

- Travel within your region with occasional country trips

- Represent Terra Mater Floors professionally at industry events and trade shows

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new products

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience in flooring, building materials, or related industry preferred

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset

- Ability to build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional customer service

- Knowledge of flooring products and industry trends is a plus

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Sydney area
