About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at IMSPRINT. With over 60 years of proudly supplying the Hunter Valley and the wider Australian market with premium printing solutions, we are now expanding and looking for a driven sales professional to grow with us.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a salesperson looking to step away from long hours, unrealistic KPIs, and rigid sales targets. We believe in rewarding success — how much you earn in commission is entirely up to you.

What We Offer

✅ Base salary of $80,000 per year + Commission

✅ No required monthly targets

✅ Company vehicle /fuel card Laptop + work phone supplied

✅ Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm some calls outside of work hours to be expected

✅ Travel and cold calling expected (Hunter Valley + beyond)

Who You Are:

✅ Proven sales record in a B2B environment

✅ Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships

✅ Driven, self-motivated and capable of working independently

✅ Comfortable with cold calling and meeting new clients

✅ Expected to help out in production at busy times with tasks unrelated to sales .
