Taproom Manage (Fulltime or Part Time) - Moonah Tasmania

Come join us at The Albert Brewery in Moonah, Tasmania! As our Taproom Manager, you'll be the face of our awesome beer, running the show in our Taproom that’s open Thursday to Sunday. You'll be right in the middle of the action managing the team, handling rosters, keeping an eye on stock, bringing in more customers, and making sure everyone has a great time with us.

What you'll be doing

Four operational days (Thursday to Sunday) and one administration day

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Taproom front and back of house

Manage and execute Taproom cash handling and balancing

Management of stock control

Lead, hire and train Taproom Staff with a view to creating a welcoming customer experience

Monitor Taproom performance to identify opportunities for improvement

Developing and driving marketing and sales opportunities including management of social media output for Taproom

Ensure Taproom complies with all food and beverage legislative requirements

What we're looking for

Proven experience in Hospitality leadership, with minimum 3 years in the food and beverage industry management

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Someone who is proactive

A passion for independent beer and the local Tasmanian food and beverage scene

Must have a current RSA and valid drivers license

Must have the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
