We’re seeking passionate, experienced hospitality professionals to step into key management roles across our venues.

Following recent renovations and exciting new concepts, we’re growing – and looking for leaders to grow with us.
As part of our management team, you will:
Lead, train and support a high-performing FOH team, with a focus on excellence and consistency in all aspects of service
Oversee FOH operations, responding quickly and professionally to uphold our exceptional standards
Manage staffing levels, labour costs, and compliance while on shift
Carry out operational duties including stock management, pre- and post-service briefings, opening and closing the venue, and financial reporting as directed
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Are service-focused with strong attention to detail
Bring sound food, wine and/or cocktail knowledge – or have a proactive desire to learn
Are warm, genuine and lead with positivity, professionalism and care
Stay calm under pressure and are flexible, adaptable, and responsive to business needs
Experience in a premium à la carte setting is highly regarded.
Bar/cocktail knowledge and WSET training are advantageous but not essential.
Senior waitstaff ready to step up are encouraged to apply.
