What does a Business Manager do at Subway?

As a Business Manager, you’re not just running a restaurant – you’re building a high-energy, customer-first culture that makes an impact every day. Here's what your day might look like:

Leading from the front – You’ll be hands-on in the restaurant, guiding and supporting your team, preparing food, interacting with customers, and keeping the vibe upbeat and positive.

Driving performance – Manage product quality, customer experience, and team productivity to meet (and beat!) your KPIs.

Coaching and developing – Delivering ongoing training and feedback using both on-the-job mentoring and the University of Subway training platform.

Building a high-performing team – Recruiting, training, and retaining great people who love coming to work.

Ensuring compliance and standards – You’ll oversee all operations, ensuring your store is safe, clean, and compliant at all times.
