A highly successful boutique consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Systems Security Engineer to their 365 Security practice. The consultancy specialising in providing modern Microsoft solutions to a range of clients within the mid-market sector and are always working with the latest and greatest tech. The position is fully project focused where the successful candidate will take full ownership of end to end projects.

The successful candidate will come from a traditional infrastructure / wintel background and has moved towards security. The company has an outcome focused culture where the focus is very much quality of work and excellent delivery over quantity and speed. You will be working alongside a team of talented project engineers and have the opportunity to keep learning and developing your skills within the latest MS Security technology stacks.

What you will be doing:
- Taking ownership of Infrastructure & security related projects
- Deliver projects primarily focusing on Defender, SentinelOne, DLP, ThreatLocker
- Work closely with the other Project Engineers and collaborate to ensure high quality delivery of solutions
- Collaborate with the Solutions Architect on design documents
- Work with clients on Essential 8, CIS, NIST & ISO27001 frameworks
- Provide exceptional communication and customer facing skills

What you will need to succeed:
- Must have previous experience in customer facing roles with MSPs / Consultancies
- Must have proven end-to-end project delivery experience
- Proven experience with Security tools - Defender, SentinelOne, ThreatLocker,
- Technical Proficiency with Wintel / Infrastructure security posturing and hardening
- All round skills across M365 stack
- Proven experience working with Security Frameworks - Essential 8, CIS, NIST
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Industry certifications highly regarded
