They are under the Healthcare umbrella and have been established in the market for quite some time now. This is a newly created role for a system passionate Finance professional who has undergone periods of Finance system transformation and has deep experience working with testing, system improvements and update as well as working in a changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Some of the areas you will be overseeing on a day to day basis are:

• System administration - support access enquiries to all Finance related system, become the go to for systems and remain IT integrity of financial systems within the business.
• Work closely with senior management team to lead system projects and finance transformation.
• Lead UAT testing cycles for upgrades, patches and new releases of the finance system, establish and maintain process documentations and ensure testing controls are accurate.
• Business partnering with other divisions to understand system needs and deliver financial system upgrade.
• Ensure CRMs and systems are integrated and working together smoothly, be the primary contact in the Share Services group for anything covering AP, AR or Payroll Activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage escalations with internal stakeholders
• Manage the integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies across multiple projects
• Ensure system changes adhere to financial accounting standards, regulations, internal controls and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance function to boost productivity

The ideal candidate:

• Demonstrated experience in process improvement roles related to operational finance, specifically related to system integrations
• Extensive experience working in Shared Services field about finance system transformation projects
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• An interest in automation an AI; making things more efficient and delivering deadlines
• Depth of understanding of financial processes and different ERP systems (E.g SAP, Oracle, Concur, MS Dynamics 365)
• Able to adapt to a changing environment and keep making progress with system enhancements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to converse with non-technical stakeholders
• CPA/CA qualification or working towards (Nice to have)
