In this busy permanent role the Key Responsibilities include:

Drafting engaging content for a range of purposes, including articles and the intranet

Development and implementation of communications strategies for project and initiatives

Assisting with media enquiries

Helping with social media management

Assisting the communications Team with upkeep of the website and Content Management Systems

Prepare reports and summaries related to communications and stakeholder & community engagement activities and analyse the effectiveness of communication campaigns.

Provide general administrative support to the corporate communications team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

5+ years experience in a similar communications role

Social media experience including developing content, monitoring and responding to interactions.

Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt style to suit different purposes

Well-developed interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with team members, management, employees, stakeholders & community partners, media and customers and influence outcomes as required.

Ability to conduct research to support communication strategies, analyse effectiveness of existing projects and campaigns and prepare reports.

Skilled in using key MSFT programs including word, PowerPoint, Excel with demonstrated experience / knowledge of key digital channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, X, TikTok; while being able to keep up with emerging technologies and trends.
