As the Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of the Belrose store. You'll lead, coach, and develop a passionate team, create an inspiring customer experience, and ensure that every aspect of the store operates efficiently and beautifully.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with the clients values

Manage day to day store operations including rostering, stock control, merchandising, and visual standards

Drive team engagement and create a positive workplace culture

Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and compliance

Report to and work closely with Area/Regional Managers

You'll Bring:

Previous retail management experience (homewares or lifestyle retail preferred)

Proven track record of meeting sales and operational targets

Strong people management and leadership skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

A passion for customer service and team development

Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
