The Role:

Oversee daily store operations and lead a small team

Deliver outstanding customer service and drive strong sales performance

Recruit, train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and motivated work environment

Manage stock, visual merchandising, and store presentation

Requirements:

Strong experience in retail management, preferably in mattresses, furniture or homewares

Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and hit KPIs

Hands-on leadership style - ready to hit the ground running

Excellent communication and organisational skills
