The Role

We are seeking a Branch Administrator to assist the Branch Manager and Fleet Controller in all operational aspects. The role is expected to be on a Casual basis with a workload of 30 hours per week. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Reception/Client Customer Liaison
• Assisting the Branch Manager and Fleet Controller
• Attend Administration meetings and provide input
• Reconciling dockets and customer invoices
• Purchasing goods and services in accordance with the Purchasing Procedure
• Maintain and ensure security of the company's assets, intellectual property and equipment
• Handling and distributing correspondence in a timely manner
• Maintain an accurate record of receipted timesheets and advise operators of any missing timesheets at the end of the week
• Ensure timesheets are authorized
• Ensure all credit cards are processed within 48hrs of completion of work
• Complete site personnel files for all new employees
• Upkeep of employee files in Greentree

You will have:

• Cert IV in Business, Bookkeeping or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in Administration
• Knowledge and experience in Accounting
• Receivable/Payable/Payroll
