We have an opportunity for a technically minded and customer service-focused individual to join our team. This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service.

About the role

We are currently looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to lead and mentor a team while focusing on delivering quality and timely service to meet the business needs.

Required Skills and Aptitude:

Supervise the production team responsible for testing and loading operating systems on refurbished computer, including customer-specific orders and upgrades.

Monitor workflow to identify and address bottlenecks, increasing overall throughput.

Work closely with the Operations Manager to optimize daily schedules and task prioritization.

Provide hands-on-leadership, support, and guidance to all production staff.

Foster a positive, team-orientated work culture.

Support employee development and monitor morale and engagement.

Oversee quality control checks at key points in the production process.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Promote a culture of safety awareness across the production team.

Provide regular reports to management on team performance, targets, and KPI's.

Essential Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology would be advantageous.

Strong leadership skills with track record of successfully mentoring teams.

Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, customer-centric environment.

Integrity-driven, with strong commitment to team development.

Desired Requirements:

Frontline Management training or 1.5+ years' experience in a similar position.
