We’re seeking a Change Manager to lead change management efforts across backend platforms and customer-facing impacts as part of a major systems transformation. This role is critical to ensuring operational readiness and successful adoption of technical and process changes across billing logic, platform services, and system integrations.

This role is a contract opportunity that is due to go until November/December 2025, with the chance of being extended!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute tailored change strategies for backend system transformations and customer-impacting updates.
• Translate complex technical changes into clear, actionable impacts for internal teams and customer operations.
• Partner with product owners, engineers, and operational stakeholders to deliver integrated change approaches.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across technology and business domains, ensuring alignment on change outcomes.
• Coordinate training, support planning, communications, and UAT activities to drive adoption in an agile delivery environment.
• Create engaging narratives and communication content to explain system changes and customer impacts.
• Monitor feedback loops and change resistance, proactively adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience delivering change within complex transformation programs, ideally in SaaS or tech environments.
• Strong track record managing change related to backend systems, CRM, billing platforms, or ERP solutions.
• Ability to bridge technical and business needs, with a focus on customer and operational outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working in agile teams
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) preferred.
