THE ROLE

Stepping into this innovative travel marketing department , you'll work closely with the head of marketing and senior leadership team to develop the creative vision for the company's brands to drive customer engagement and sales.

Overseeing a team of multidisciplinary creatives you'll be a hands on manager who can lead from the front and motivate their creativity and success

Working across copy, social, design, video and strategy you'll ensure the company's creative content is the best in the biz

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Previous experience in a similar creative marketing leadership role

Understanding of the travel industry highly desirable

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud along with a knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Self-driven and motivated
