We have a Full time position available for a Tip Truck Delivery Driver & Office/Sales assistant - Please note Applicants must be available to work alternate weekends and early starts.

Clean HR Licence essential.

Forklift and Loader Licence highly regarded and we are happy to train the right applicant.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities & skills:

Reliable and organised and able to work both independently and as part of our team.

Friendly , approachable & physically fit

Demonstrates exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills with ability to interact with customers, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times.

Competent in numeric calculations and cash handling

Flexibility to work early mornings and frequent weekends with ability to open and close during business hours.

Tasks & responsibilities:

Drive up to 5 different Tip Trucks (1 tonne up to body Truck) to delivery products to Trade and Retail customers.

Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience

Ability to risk assess Delivery locations and deposit products in a safe and practical manner, ensuring no damage to any persons, Delivery Trucks or Customer property.

Front counter customer service, manage telephone calls and online orders professionally, efficiently, and with good communication skills.

Plan daily delivery schedule, allocate product, times, drivers and trucks – communicate schedule to Yard Manager & Drivers in an expedient and organised manner.
