About the Role:
This role is more than support – it’s about initiating conversations, engaging brokers/partners/clients, and driving product adoption through smart, commercial dialogue. You will work alongside experienced BDMs and take ownership of broker onboarding, training, and engagement.
You will need to be confident on the phone, commercially aware, and able to tailor your pitch and conversation depending on the audience, as every call counts.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Engagement & Call Control
Proactively engage new mortgage brokers and partners with outbound calls
Confidently hold and control calls to achieve defined outcomes
Build rapport, pitch product benefits, and tailor messaging to the audience
Identify and surface new business opportunities
Broker Onboarding & Enablement
Manage onboarding and accreditation of new brokers
Educate brokers on product benefits and processes
Train and support broker network on tools and platforms
Event & Team Support
Attend industry events and conferences as needed
Provide general admin and BD support to the team
What We Are Looking For:
2+ years’ experience in outbound sales, client service, or broker support
Comfortable and effective on the phone — able to drive a conversation with purpose
Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of how to position a product
Curious, driven, and proactive — you take initiative and follow through
Experience in financial services or mortgage related products
Exposure to third-party distribution/intermediary sales model - brokers, aggregators, introducers
