Command51 seeks a Client Service Manager to oversee multiple client sites located across the following areas: Newcastle, Nelson Bay, Taree, Forster and Port Macquarie.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being on the road and working independently. You must be comfortable with daily travel to the above areas.

About the role
As the Client Service Manager, you’ll play an integral role in our commitment to delivering great service every day. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is a hands-on, field based role that requires daily travel to client sites.
Salary: up to $90,000 per annum (DOE) + Super + commission
Working hours: 38 hour per week, Monday to Friday.
Requirement to attend to work-related contact outside usual hours from time to time and you will also be required to work every 2nd Saturday morning.
A typical day involves:
Liaising with Command51 clients, addressing inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally
Managing service delivery for a prescribed number of sites within set SLAs
Conducting weekly site inspections and log results on our bespoke app
Ensure WHS compliance procedures are followed
Identifying opportunities for extra work outside of scope and upsell services to clients
Collaborating with the Business Development team to broaden our service offerings
What you’ll need:
Proven experience in client relationship management
Experience in supervision or management, including managing teams in multiple locations
Willingness to travel and spending time on the road travelling from site to site.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Great problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing both staff deliverables and client expectations
Confident in using various IT platforms
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and operational requirements
The successful candidate must have and unrestricted Australian work rights and full driving licence.
