About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Services Officer to join our Team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key duties will include:

  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and compliance
  • Supporting payroll data reporting and maintaining employee records
  • Managing Employment Hero (HRIS), including reporting and training compliance
  • Supporting WHS and return-to-work coordination
  • Coordinating volunteer engagement and documentation
  • Handling reception, records, office supplies, and general admin duties
  • Supporting facilities maintenance, room hire
  • Assisting operations through referral coordination and program logistics
  • Maintaining policy documentation, quality audits, and data reporting

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who:

Essential:

  • Has several years experience in administration or operations roles
  • Has strong experience as an Employment Hero administrator, including report creation/modification
  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Can manage a broad and busy workload across multiple departments

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with WHS and the SCHADS Award
  • Administrative or business qualifications
