About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide assistance in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, helping participants with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement. If you're not based in Dalby, you must be willing to travel for work.

What You’ll Do

✅ Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal prep, cleaning, and shopping.
✅ Provide transport and support for medical appointments, social outings, and activities.
✅ Work alongside allied health professionals to develop support plans and help participants achieve their goals.
✅ Support participants in gaining independence, confidence, and community involvement.
✅ Ensure participants always have choice and control over their care and support.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications – Cert III in Individual Support (or higher) OR relevant industry experience.
Essential Requirements – NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid & CPR Certificate, Current “C” Class Driver’s License, Full Comprehensive Car Insurance, and your own vehicle.
Skills & Traits – Strong communication skills, adaptability, empathy, and the ability to provide person-centered care.
