Location: Across the Northern Rivers, NSW
Pay Rate: $32.94 per hour (casual)

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Horticulture Labourers to join a motivated team responsible for maintaining and improving parks, gardens, and recreational spaces across the Northern Rivers region. This role involves hands-on horticultural maintenance work that enhances the beauty and usability of public spaces.

You’ll be working collaboratively within a supportive team environment and delivering great service to both internal teams and members of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out horticultural maintenance and labouring duties across parks and open spaces

Operate safely and efficiently as part of a team to meet daily work targets

Deliver friendly and helpful customer service when interacting with the public

Ensure all work is performed in line with safety standards and best practices

What You'll Need:

Essential:

Chemical handling ticket

Class C manual driver’s licence with a safe driving history

Demonstrated experience in horticultural labouring

Sound understanding of safe work practices and WHS compliance

Desirable:

Experience operating minor plant equipment such as grass trimmers, chainsaws, and ride-on mowers

Previous experience using a zero-turn mower
