Monitor program and lead the team to meet project milestones

Must be proficient with Procore

Excellent communication skill

Minimum 10 years experience on projects 100m+

Providing weekly reports to project manager

Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project

working for developer/ builder with a mature and experienced senior

management team

Co-ordinate subcontract trades to maximize teamwork

Use of Procore for all activities and records

Manage and coordinate weekly Tool box and coordination meetings
with subcontractors and consultants

Manage and issue RFIs

Manage and work with Site administrator

Must have good problem solving skills

Overseeing Staff, compliance ,contracts , Safety , timelines ,quality and execution to deliver quality and compliant buildings

Reporting directly to Project Manager and CEO.
