The Role:
Ready Media Group is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis at our Gold Coast office.
As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with our QLD Account Director, collaborating on key accounts while independently managing and growing your own portfolio of clients. You’ll be responsible for executing campaigns, fostering client relationships, generating leads, and contributing to business development initiatives.
This client-facing, commercially focused role best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, has a genuine interest in commercial property and digital media and brings some relevant industry or role experience to the table.
You’ll be instrumental in driving revenue and brand visibility across the Gold Coast and broader Queensland market.

Salary Range:
$85,000 base + super + OTE commission (over $100k total remuneration package)
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial real estate agents, developers, property marketers, and investment groups across the Queensland territory.
Act as a reliable point of contact for your client base, providing timely support and solutions to help them achieve their marketing goals.
Sales Support & Administration
Collaborate with the QLD Account Director and National Sales Director on the development of tailored sales proposals, presentations, and client reports.
Help manage ongoing accounts by coordinating campaign details, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Lead Generation & Business Development
Proactively identify and research new business opportunities within the QLD development, commercial property, and investment landscape.
Initiate outbound contact via cold calls, email outreach, and in-person meetings to introduce Ready Media Group’s services to potential clients.
Product Knowledge & Presentation
Develop a deep understanding of our digital advertising solutions, native content products, and data-driven marketing tools.
Confidently present and tailor these offerings to meet the unique needs of each client, clearly communicating their value and benefits.
Campaign Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams; including Technology, Social, Operations, and Creative to coordinate and launch client campaigns across our digital platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure deliverables are met on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
Keep your sales pipeline current and up to date to support team forecasting and reporting.
Event Participation & Industry Engagement
Represent Ready Media Group at industry events, property forums, networking functions, and client activations across Queensland.
Build visibility for the brand and strengthen your network within the property and real estate development sectors.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for a self-motivated Account Manager who brings a mix of relationship-building ability, commercial drive, and operational discipline. The qualities and skills that will set you up for success in this role are:
1-3 years of experience in a similar Account Management, sales or client services role (media, advertising, commercial property, or B2B sectors preferred)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
Experience working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Confidence in sales conversations and solution-based selling.
Customer-centric approach and understanding the importance of creating a positive customer experience and are driven to meet customer needs.
Adaptability to navigate a fast-paced environment, embrace challenges and adjust to evolving goals and priorities.
