Australian Forklift Training, a registered training organisation based in Western Sydney, has been training students to be work ready for over 23 years. We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team.
About the role:
Part-time office based
9am-2.30pm Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Handling student course inquiries and bookings
Following up student leads
Taking payments and invoicing
Data Entry
Photocopying
Customer Service
About you:
A love of dealing with customers over the phone, in person and by email
Eye for detail
Team player
Experience in customer service
