Project Lead - Financial Processes/Structures

$90-120ph + Super (Ongoing)

Having worked as part of a global manufacturing group for many years, this Australian based division is being restructured as a stand alone subsidiary. They are looking to engage a Project manager for all finance related process improvements, company transformation and systems upgrades.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the wider Finance & IT leadership group, this role will lead a range of strategic initiatives that will shape the next chapter of the organisation's evolution, including system modernisation, entity consolidation, centralise and standardise processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation across all financial reporting processes, embedding automation and efficiency.
• Drive strategic projects, including a new Queensland based plant.
• Upgrade of legacy systems
• Centralise fiduciary aspects
• Build cross-functional alignment across finance, operations, and technology teams.

About You

• Senior finance leader with transformation experience across transactional finance, process improvement and project delivery.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect strategic priorities with operational execution.
• Experience working in the manufacturing sector (global and national companies)
• Influential communicator and collaborative leader.
