The Business
The business we have partnered with is a specialist in financial advice for both businesses and individuals. With a specialist insurance division and located in North Sydney (close to the station), they are well-established, have an excellent reputation and are in a growth phase.
The Opportunity
This is a good time to join this firm as the role is broad and you will gain exposure to a lot of different facets of the financial advice process. As well as implementing the strategy, you will get to research products and options, do some financial modelling, be very involved in the review process and gain end to end experience.
The opportunity is exciting as you will learn a lot. It is a fast paced and professional environment and one that retains people for a long time. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about advice and relationships who can provide an excellent level of client service.
This firm would love to employ a people person with energy, passion, and drive and the ability to handle multiple priorities – although well supported, it is a very busy role! Applicants who are looking for a long-term option in their career would be highly regarded.
The Role
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship including onboarding, client relationships, and implementation
- Assist the advisers in plan preparation, modelling and research
- Manage the advice review process for the advisers
- Maintain client records, ensure regulatory compliance and manage meeting follow up
- Assist in the improvement of processes, systems and general workflow; collaborate with the team adapt to the priorities in the business
About You
- 2 years’ experience in a professional practice preferred or graduate with relevant qualification
- Willingness to learn, grow, develop and contribute
- Ideally have some exposure to financial planning
- Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an opportunity for long term career development.
- Ideally be able to work 5 days in the office
- Strong sense of professionalism and a client-centric approach
- Have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
