We are a dynamic and growing financial planning business based in Brighton-Le-Sands with an office in Balmain and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our high-performing team.
About the Role:
As our Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class client experience. You’ll be involved in every step of the client journey — from implementation to reviews and ongoing service — working closely with our Financial Advisers and Support Team.
This is a fast-paced, client-first environment where attention to detail, initiative, and excellent organisation skills are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with our Financial Advisers to ensure seamless client outcomes
Play a leading role in managing workflow with other members of the support team
Implement superannuation, investment, and insurance applications across multiple platforms including but not limited to, HUB24, North, Macquarie, Zurich, TAL, NEOS
Liaise directly with clients, super funds, product providers, accountants, and solicitors to implement client advice.
Manage ongoing servicing for clients including preparation of client reviews
Maintain accurate and timely client records in CRM (FIN365) and documentation systems (SharePoint)
Continuously seek to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a financial planning / wealth management role
Strong knowledge of superannuation, investments, and insurance products
Experience in SMSF implementation is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
Confident with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Experience with financial planning platforms is highly regarded
