About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Casual Educator to join our team. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to children in a fun and safe environment. You will be responsible for supporting the development and well-being of children, contributing to their learning experiences, and ensuring a positive and engaging environment and atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver educational activities and programs for children in accordance with the curriculum and developmental goals.

Support children’s learning through play-based activities, hands-on experiences, and group interactions.

Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children within the learning environment.

Work collaboratively with other educators, staff, and management to ensure the highest quality of care and education.

Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Communicate effectively with parents about children’s progress and any immediate concerns.

Adhere to all regulatory and policy requirements, including safeguarding children and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).

Current Working with Children Check (or relevant child protection clearance).

National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.

Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.

Ability to work flexibly and adapt to various age groups and environments.
