We are seeking a passionate, experienced and organised Education Leader to lead our early learning team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven leader committed to high-quality early childhood education and care.

About the Role:

As an Education Leader, you will be responsible for the effective leadership and management of the centre, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining high standards of care and education and supporting a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, direct and coordinate the daily operations of the childcare centre.

· Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, and all other legislative requirements.

· Develop and oversee educational programs.

· Manage and mentor a team of educators, providing leadership, guidance and professional development opportunities.

· Monitor and maintain high standards of health, safety and wellbeing for children and staff.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with families, children, staff and community stakeholders.

· Manage enrolments, budgets, staffing and resources efficiently to ensure financial sustainability.

· Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation, including compliance and quality improvement planning.

About You:

· Proven experience in a leadership or management role within early childhood education and care.

· Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, frameworks and best practices.

· Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

· A genuine passion for delivering quality outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA).

· Current Working With Children Check (or state/territory equivalent).

· Minimum 1 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a childcare setting.
